XPrize After Earth Challenge

There is an exciting new challenge for kids between the ages of 13 and 17.  How can you enter?

• First you must create a 2 minute video, explaining how you would tackle two global issues that affect Planet Earth.  You also have to outline a plan of how you would use an unmanned rover to explore an new planet, to ensure its suitability as a human settlement.
• You must submit the video before the July 17 deadline.
• Get your friends, neighbours and all of your family (including that weird cousin) to vote for you.
• 10 teams will go the next round where they will receive a very nice video camera and LEGO MINDSTORMS kit to document and complete the final mission.
