Bot Bench I'd Rather Be Building Robots
Man, this was really, really difficult. There were some really good submissions but in the end there could only be three winners. So without further ado, the people who will be receiving a set of these wheels are:

Thanks again for this contest Xander! Congrats to all of you who took time to elaborate your entries. I see no problem in having my idea shared with others, but I’d like to read about others ideas too. It could be nice also to know how many entries were submitted.

I received a total of 19 entries for this contest. I would’ve gladly had more but that would’ve made choosing a lot more difficult, too! All entries were really great and it wasn’t easy to pick the winners. Should I ever be in a position to give away more wheel sets, the runners-up will be the first people I will consider!

What place was I in?
What I did was, I went through all the entries and read them carefully. I starred 5 of them in my GMail and then picked the best 3 from there. I didn’t rank them as such and I didn’t keep a record. So to be honest, I don’t remember who came in 4th of or 5th, I just know whom I picked as winners.
