This weekend I went over to my friend Martijn to hang out, play with Lego and fiddle with electronics. He’s been working on a top secret project of his and we experimented with a couple of options to try and get it working. So far, so bad, though, so I guess there’s still work to be done. The top secret project is not the object behind the black block, that’s another secret project.
The hideous looking mess of wires on a plank of wood on the right side of the table is actually a really old power supply that I hacked a bit to make it possible to hook up to the secret project. It had been in Martijn’s basement quite some time judging by the amount of dust on it. The board the components had been soldered on looked like it was made of bakelite, it sure smelled like it. Anyway, after doing some serious continuity testing and other visual inspections we powered it up and nothing blew up. A successful resuscitation it seems!
Such a shame that the weekend went by so quickly.
Just a guess but where you working on wireless NXT motors?
I could tell you, but I’d have to kill you afterwards.
Tell me, then you can kill me. 🙂
@ Muntoo Just tell me what he says before he gets rid of you. Then I’ll pass it on and hopefully someone will finally post it on a blog :P. Oh and was that picture taken with a Casio EX-Z1080?
Oh you think my ninja skills can’t the both of you out simultaneously before you can spread the word?
As for the camera, yes it is a Z1080 🙂
